The Complete Membership gives you:
INITIAL SCREENING in movement patterns, muscle weaknesses and flexibility issues that may be limiting factors in your training or sport performance and must be addressed for progress to be made.
FULL PERSONAL PROGRAMME design based on this screening written for the number of sessions you choose each week and updated every 4 weeks to maintain continued progress. Screenings will be repeated at appropriate intervals to further display improvements and facilitate programme design.
(Programme design normally costs £30 for an update)
1 PERSONAL TRAINING session each week and UNLIMITED access to our group Open and Strength & Conditioning sessions (session times are shown in the table to the left). This allows the training programme and coaching to address the details of your goals while still providing the benefits of training in a group on a regular basis. (4 PT sessions normally cost £140; unlimited session attendance normally costs £99/month)
FREE SPORTS THERAPY SUPPORT*:
Sports Massage to work out any tension that you have, injuries that you pick up on the field, or to help speed up your recovery. This means you can get back into training quicker than the rest of the competition. Each member has access to 1 hours every week, available on Monday and Wednesday evenings, exclusions apply.
Strapping and Taping to provide support for that rolled ankle or loose shoulder whilst training or playing. 1 application each week.
Stretching Assistance to make sure you reduce the likelihood of injuries through tight muscles and can perform at your best in the gym and on the field.
Basic Injury Support to give you some help with those niggles and advice on what may be the best course of action for you to get treated.
(These services would normally cost up to £40 per hour.)
Free T-Shirt and Hoody to show everyone that you are serious about your training. (Normal value £35)
The value of this membership is well in excess of £350 per month.
