We provide an alternative to commerical gyms and provide a training envirmonment based on member performance and success. If you want to improve your strength, fitness and body in an efficient, safe and motivating environment then we are the gym for you.

Anyone can train with us but you have to want to get better and be prepared to work hard for it. There are no quick fixes but training at the Conditioning Centre is the first step to getting lean, strong and athletic.

Team sessions are a great way to drive the performance of your team forward and build a stronger unit.

OUTDOOR CONDITIONING

The Conditioning Centre Outdoor Conditioning Class is finished for 2011, check in summer 2012 for details of classes

Your 1st session is only £4 and anyone can train.

Outdoor sessions are run through the summer.

This style of training is designed to give you variety in your programme and allows greater flexibility in terms of numbers, venue and equipment used.

Outdoor conditioning can be brought to your training ground to run a session for your team.

The sessions will be high intensity and will involve sleds for pushing, pulling or dragging; tyres for flipping, hitting, carrying and pushing; heavy bags for running, lifting or throwing; med balls and basically anything you can think of to get you fitter and stronger.
