The Conditioning Centre has been set up to provide targeted Strength & Conditioning for people who take their performance seriously. We Build Athletes and will drive people to succeed.

We provide an alternative to commerical gyms and provide a training envirmonment based on member performance and success. If you want to improve your strength, fitness and body in an efficient, safe and motivating environment then we are the gym for you.

Anyone can train with us but you have to want to get better and be prepared to work hard for it. There are no quick fixes but training at the Conditioning Centre is the first step to getting lean, strong and athletic.

Team sessions are a great way to drive the performance of your team forward and build a stronger unit.

Memberships for weekly sessions will provide you with the opportunity to train in a coached and performance driven environment every single session.

Services

SMALL GROUP AND PERSONAL TRAINING

The Conditioning Centre provides small group personal training sessions of up to 3 people. They develop your physique, general fitness or technique in any lifting style. Small groups provide the same high levels of coaching and individual programme design with the added benefit of teamwork and encouragement from up to 2 other people training with you.

If you would like help to reach your fitness or physique goals, help with correcting exercise technique or would like to start competing in Olympic Weightlifting or Powerlifting our personal training sessions wil help you acheive your goals.

The benefits of a professionally designed and coordinated programme on physical development have been shown again and again and if you have something you need to achieve this may well be the best way to do it.

Sessions cost £50 for 2 people for 1 hour and £60 for 3 people for 1 hour, with the first being half price. They can be booked in any style of conditioning depending on your goals,and can be booked on a session by session or block basis.

1 on 1 Personal Training sessions can be purchased in blocks of 12 sessions for £450, this includes a physical screening and programme design and update every 4 weeks.
