The Conditioning Centre provides strength and conditioning to teams and individuals who want to improve their strength, fitness and sporting athletic abilities.

All sessions are fully customisable, available to all and can be mixed to create the best programme for you as a team or individual.

6 week 12 or 18 session programme designed to build the foundations for athletic performance of 16-18 year old School athletes. Any individual or group can sign up to sessions of max 12 people.

As a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute I am qualified to design programmes targetted at improving your physical ability to swing a golf club.
High intensity sessions involving sleds, tyres, heavy bags ,med balls and basically anything you can think of to get fitter and stronger. Classes will take place in the Bournemouth area.
Saturdays
10:00-11:00
High intensity training with sleds, ropes, tyres, hammers, weights and much more to develop brutal conditioning and power.
Anyone can attend.
4 sessions for £30 or 5 sessions for £37.50
Thursdays
19:30-20:30
12 Weeks of targeted strength & conditioning. Each session is 90 minutes with 1 or 2 each week.
