The Conditioning Centre has been set up to provide targeted Strength & Conditioning for people who take their performance seriously. We Build Athletes and will drive people to succeed.
We provide an alternative to commerical gyms and provide a training envirmonment based on member performance and success. If you want to improve your strength, fitness and body in an efficient, safe and motivating environment then we are the gym for you.
Anyone can train with us but you have to want to get better and be prepared to work hard for it. There are no quick fixes but training at the Conditioning Centre is the first step to getting lean, strong and athletic.
Team sessions are a great way to drive the performance of your team forward and build a stronger unit.
Memberships for weekly sessions will provide you with the opportunity to train in a coached and performance driven environment every single session.

The Summer School S&C programme is designed for 16-18 year olds in High School to improve their athletic performance in any sport. Sessions will be aimed at making you into a better athlete: you will run faster, jump higher, tackle harder, increase general strength and fitness and prevent injury.
The emphasis is on building strong foundations for future sporting performance. We will develop correct movement skills, mechanics, speed and lifting technique to give the athlete the best chance to perform at the highest level. Fully accredited United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association coaches will lead every session to ensure that exercises are performed with the correct technique to ensure the safety and maximal development of the participants.
We offer 2 programmes:
3 x 90minute sessions (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) at 15:30-17:00 each week, Dates TBC
2 x 90minute sessions (Tuesday and Thursday) at 15:30-17:00 each week,Dates TBC
Group sizes are limited to 12 to ensure the best service.
Exercises will include Olympic and traditional weight lifting, postural strength work, medicine balls, bodyweight, suspension trainers, sled work, flexibility/mobility, acceleration & deceleration training and much more to progressively develop each individual at their own pace.
This programme is aimed at building athletes and requires a high level of motivation and dedication from you to ensure that you reap the benefits of the programme. You dont have to be great when you start, but you'll be much better when you finish.
3 day programme will cost £180/per person for the 18 session 6 week programme.
2 day programme will cost £120/per person for the 12 session 6 week programme.
