That means you can attend any of these sessions and any of the Open Sessions each week with full programme design and updates to get you to your goals faster.
Team or individual S&C sessions can be booked to improve your athletic performance in any sport. Sessions will be aimed at making you run faster, jump higher, increase general strength and prevent injury.
They will include Olympic and traditional weight lifting, postural strength work, medicine balls, bodyweight, suspension trainers, sled work and much more. Training will take place at The Conditioning Centre in Parkstone.
This style of conditioning is aimed at building athletes and requires a high level of motivation and dedication from you to ensure that you reap the benefits of the programme.
In team sessions the team will be assessed and a programme will be written to address your needs.The programme costs £1200 for 12 x 90minute sessions for a team of up to 15 people. 12 weeks is the recommended length as it is the time required to see real benefits to your athletic performance.

This allows you to do 1 or 2 sessions per week to maximise your performance gains. Sessions are 90 minutes and anyone can sign up to make serious gains in strength, performance, conditioning and work ethic. You don't have to bring a team, just join those already working hard to get better.
12 weeks of 1 session per week: £120 or £40/month on standing order
12 weeks of 2 sessions per week: £220 or £75/month on standing order

This session can be used as an introduction to our S&C programme, whether you are new to training or looking for a way to progress your fitness, strength or athletic ability.
It can be your regular weekly tough training session to break plateus and reach your goals.
Team programme athletes can also use it as a way to make up a missed session.
